YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART IN ANY WAY FOR IA or nft.

All commissioned artworks are for non-commercial purposes only, unless you pay a commercial fee (depending on the type of artwork, please contact me for more info). For vtuber, the commercial rights are included in the price.

All commissioned models and rig includes commercial fees ; meaning : you can use the model in merch, streaming, videos, edit, anything. but i, the artist, keep full copyright to the model meaning : i still have full copyrights over the visuals, and i can still use the model as a way to sell my craft (using it on my twitter, using it on youtube, on my website, and everything i'd like).

Altering my artwork in any way without asking me first will result in you getting blacklisted from my commissions.

I accept payment through Paypal invoices only.

I can work with payment plans, depending on the price. No payment plan is offered under 150€. Under 150€, you will need to pay for the commission upfront.

Everything will be listed as Euros (€), but don’t worry, there are no conversion fees for the buyers even if you use USD or other currency in your paypal.

Please don’t send me money on Paypal without me sending you an invoice, unless it is a donation/tip given after the completion of the drawing.

The payment will need to be completed by the next 48h after the invoice is sent. If you do not complete it in this time, the commission will be canceled. If there is a problem about timing, please tell me beforehand so we can talk about it.

Please tell me once you send the payment so I can tell you when I receive it.

If the client cancels the commission, before any work is started, the client will be fully refunded WITHOUT the paypals handling fees (~4% of the total price).

If the client cancels the commission after I, the artist, started to work on it, you will be refunded according to the ammount of work already done. (depends on if there is only a rig or model art too, it's case-by-case). Usually 55% if the lines have been started, and 35% if the flat colors have been done.

if the work is almost done, no refund will be done.

Be aware that I, the artist, can cancel the commission anytime and give you a full refund in this case. This case is extremely rare.

Discussion of commissions will be done through TWITTER's dms, Discord's DMs, or e-mail in some cases.

If there is art to be done, I'll send you one or more very rough sketches, and we agree on what I will work on. Any modifications are free here, I want to be the closest to your idea !

I will send you the invoice, which you need to pay within 48h.

Once the lines are done, I send you a WIP (work in progress) and we can change up to three times the drawing.

After that, I will send you a WIP of the flat colors. We can change any colors according to your liking. If you need a change, only one will be allowed here.

I will send you the finished version. If there is anything to change, up to two small modifications are allowed.

For the rigging, I'll first send you x y z face angles in video form.

i'll keep you updated as i can on how the model rigging is going, in video forms. If there is something bothering you during all those, please let me know.

once we are both happy with the complete rigging, i'll send you a .ZIP with all the files needed to use on vtube studio. If you need to, we can set up the files to your webcam needs together after completion of the model.

I offer 30 days unlimited revisions if needed. That means mostly about clipping and/or files not set up correctly.
